Welcome to our appointments page! If you would like to request an appointment please fill out all fields of the form below. This is to ensure that we are making an appointment for the correct person and to ensure that we have your current contact information.

In the "Appointment Request" box, please include a desription of what you're pet needs to be seen for such as: vaccinations, heartworm test, new puppy exam, etc. You may also want to include the days and times that are convenient for you.

Our doctor and clinic hours are always posted to the left side of the page.

Mondays and Thurdays - The doctor is not in the clinic. He will be at our sister clinic all day seeing patients and doing surgeries mid-day.

Tuesdays and Fridays - The doctor is in the clinic from about 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
